IZE Red 2015 Pinot Noir

Red wine served chilled. Semi dry red color originated from pinot noir and selected for their intense fruitiness; carries fruity aromas, bright acidity with slightly sweet with clean finish. Can serve chilled or not chilled with totally two enjoyments.
Using the white wine making technique: deprived the red grapes juice from the red grapes which is transparent color; open tank fermentation in the stainless tank to capture the fresh aroma and resoak the red grapes skins to develop the beautiful red color. Pair well with most Asian dishes.
